Please attend a photo shoot by a local journalist from The Story Group and Colorado Independent who is investigating the increasing occurrences of larger scale oil and gas production immediately adjacent to neighborhoods. Our situation in Wildgrass is of particular interest since most Wildgrass homeowners own our mineral rights, but we are under the threat of forced pooling of our mineral rights by the State of Colorado. Please note there is a possibility that the proposed well site at Lowell and Sheridan may have between 20-40 wells, although this is TBD.
